Singing Princess Parties was established in 2009 by full-time musician Victoria Vellacott as a way to combine her love of music & performance with her childhood-dream of being a Real-life Princess!
Our aim is to create a safe, enchanting and memorable atmosphere for any child to thrive, imagine and experience a dream come true!
Victoria Vellacott - Princess Crystal
Victoria started singing, dancing and playing the piano from the age of 5! She undertook vocal training in her mid-teens and her first job was providing the female vocals for a touring Commitments tribute show. Victoria was soon spotted by the acclaimed BBC MD Cy Payne (Come Dancing, Torvill & Dean) who invited her to join his big-band as lead vocalist. Since then she has performed all over the world with a wide variety of artists, such as Patti Boulaye, Tom Robinson, Jethro, Jim Davidson and Paul Carrack.
Recent work includes the female lead in the 'Magic Of The Musicals' show at Hotel Intercontinental in Dubai, Latino stageshow 'South Amerian Way', backing vocaist with Stars In Their Eyes Elvis showband UK tour and a long residency at Centerparcs.
Victoria is regularly asked to sing at venues such as The Dorchester, Claridges and Sandringham House and at such events as the Tory Election Ball, Daimler Centennial Ball and golf tournaments at the Royal Westmoreland Golf Club in Barbados. Previous clients include Mickey Dolenz, Geoff Capes, Steve McGann and Peter Stringfellow.
Since 2000 Victoria has been touring the UK and beyond with the Andy Leek Band (Dexy's Midnight Runners), along with female duo Gemini, cabaret act 'Musicata' with their tribute to the musicals and function bands 'Avalon' and 'The Emotions'.
Victoria is available to sing at any event - specialising in wedding entertainment, where she can sing at any part of your day, from the wedding ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening reception (in the evening she can sing solo or be joined by her 4-piece function band, Avalon). Louise Wheal - Princess Sparkle
LOUISE WHEAL - An accomplished pianist, Louise began private vocal tuition in her teens. She then went on to study at VocalTech in London, studying vocal technique, performance skills and songwriting, gaining a Diploma in Popular Music Performance.
Louise joined Singing Princess Parties in 2010 and is the creative force behind the visual set-up of the parties. She is now also putting all her training into practice and joining Victoria in singing some of the classic Disney duets!
Recently, Louise has begun writing, performing and recording Country music, her first love.
When she’s not touring the UK as Princess Sparkle, Louise has worked at 2 of the country's most prestigious theatres and can currently be found working at the Cancer Research UK Institute in Cambridge. She has also embarked on 2 secondments to the USA to work at a Childrens' Summer Camp for ‘Camp America’.
A fantastic young talent, Louise has a ‘sparkling’ future ahead of her!

Amy Glover - Princess Shimmer
With a love of singing and performing, Amy has been on some form of stage since the age of 7.
From her teenage years, Amy has been part of several amateur musical theatre and drama groups performing in musical theatre and variety shows. Whilst studying for her Degree in Creative and Performing Arts, Amy also became a member of the Dramatic and Musical Society and the University choir.
While working in the Education sector, Amy has private singing tuition with our very own Princess Crystal as well as assisting and run drama workshops in the local area with other theatre groups.
Amy hopes to carry on inspiring the next generation of princes and princesses to have a love of learning and music!
Helen Ellis - Princess Glitter
Helen attended the famous Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts as well as the Guildhall School of Acting.
She has appeared in many BBC TV series' such as called ‘Uncle Jack’, 'The Wildhouse’ and in numerous adverts and Children’s Royal Variety performances.
Helen went on to join the team of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ‘Whistle Down The Wind’ at the Aldwych Theatre for 2 years, ‘A Chorus Line’ and performed the lead in ‘Me And My Girl’ at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre. As well as other shows include ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, ‘White Christmas’ West End International’s ‘Thank-You For The Music’ and back to the BBC for a role in the drama ‘Rough Justice’.
Following a relocation to Cambridgeshire, Helen joined the Singing Princess Parties team in 2013 in addition to teaching Melody Bear ballet classes.

Carla Gray
Carla is a musician and no stranger to the world of performing.
Carla was offered a residency at CenterParcs at the young age of 17, and has performed with various acts, such as ‘Volante’ and ‘Gemini'. Carla has since gone on to record and release numerous tracks for London based Isobar Records. Her classical training is evident during her performances where she leaves her audiences astounded by her vocal ability, power and range.
Carla was delighted to join the Singing Princess Parties team in 2014!
Julia Vellacott
Keeping it in the family, Julia Vellacott is Victoria's sister-in-law and joined the Singing Princess Parties team in early 2015.
Julia is an accomplished musician, a trained pianist who enjoys singing in her spare time.
Also a mum of two, Julia co-runs a local pre-school and thoroughly enjoys being surrounded by young children - very handy for her work with our parties!
Julia joins the SPP team for our larger parties and provides holiday cover to our other princesses.
Victoria Vellacott is a member of EQUITY and has full Public Liability Insurance.
She holds a current PAT certificate for all sound equipment used.
